Tips to Stay Motivated

Many people struggle with being motivated on occasion. Some days you just do not feel like you are bringing your “A” game. And in a time like this, with more time at home, more family responsibilities, as well as video call exhaustion, motivation may be escaping you. Here are a couple of tips to stay motivated:

1.Fake a commute: Get up, get dressed and walk around the block before you start work

2.Eat that frog: Do the hardest thing first and cross it off you list

3.Take breaks: Another walk, meditate, read

4.Eat healthy: Eat healthy foods, helps keep the energy up (this includes a big breakfast)

5.Exercise: Get the blood flowing and the energy up
